1. ทางร้านขายรองเท้าหนังแท้ ( ไม่ไช่ของแท้ ) จัดส่งทั่วโลก แบบพัสดุส่งด่วน 1-3 วัน รับของ
2. รองเท้าหนัง จะเป็นสินค้าพร้อมส่ง สามารถส่งได้เลย การปิดรอบ 11 โมงเช้า
3. สั่งผ่าน 5 ช่องทาง fanpage line  Shopee Lazada Tiktok
4. ฟรีค่าจัดส่ง สินค้าพร้อมกล่อง + ของแถมตามโปรโมชั่น ณ ช่วงเวลานั้นๆ
5. หากท่านไม่แน่ใจท่านสามารถติดต่อมาทาง โทรศัพท์ หรือไลน์ สอบถามได้จนกว่าจะพอใจ
6. หากต้องการสอบถามสินค้า มีหลายวิธีแต่ง่ายที่สุดให้โทรหาพ่อค้า จะง่ายที่สุด ออนไลน์ 24ชม. ครับ
7. ไม่มีนโยบายโอนเงินคืน หรือคืนของ ยกเว้น สินค้าที่ได้รับไม่ถูกต้อง/สียหาย/ไม่ครบ/ของหมดสต็อก   
   
        7.1 รับเปลี่ยน เฉพาะ ขยับไซส์ เช่น สั่ง 40 คับไป ส่งเปลี่ยน 41+ ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนข้ามรุ่น/สีได้
        7.2 ในกรณีที่ทางร้านแนะนำไซส์ไปแล้วต้องเปลี่ยน ทางร้านรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายเอง
        7.3 ในกรณที่ทางร้านแนะนำไซส์ แต่ลูกค้าประสงค์ใซส์เอง แล้วต้องเปลี่ยน มีค่าส่ง 100.฿
        7.4 ในกรณีที่ต้องการเปลี่ยนขนาด แล้วหมด จะแนะนำสีที่มีหรือถ้าไม่มีจริงๆ สามารถเปลี่ยนข้ามรุ่นได้

8. หากไม่ได้รับของเกิน 15 วันนับตั้งแต่โอนเงิน สามารถขอรับเงินคืนได้เต็มจำนวนครับ
9. หากสินค้าที่่่ท่านสั่งมาไม่มีของส่ง ( สินค้าหมดสต็อก ) ทางร้านจะโทรแจ้งการโอนเงินคืนหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้า
10. ทาง enjoinmbalance ขายรองเท้าหนังแท้ ขอสงวนสิทธิ ที่จะทำการปรับปรุง แก้ไข และเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย ตามที่เห็นสมควรและมีผลทันทีเมื่อมีการประกาศบนเว็บไซต์ของเรา

7. No refund policy or return of goods except for incorrect / missing / incomplete / out of stock items.

7.1 Receive exchange only for size adjustment such as ordering 40 caps and sending exchange 41+. Cannot change model/color.

        7.2 In case the store recommends the size and has to change, the store is responsible for its own expenses.

        7.3 In case the store recommends size but customers want to size themselves and then have to change, there is a shipping cost of 100 baht.

        7.4 In case of changing size and out of stock, we will recommend a color or if there is really no color, you can change models.

8. If you do not receive the goods within 15 days from the date of transfer, you can request a full refund.

9. If the product you ordered is not available for delivery (out of stock), the store will call to notify you of a refund or product change.
